2023 Johnson County Fair
Vendor Application
August 30 – September 2, 2023
Thank you for your interest in the 2023 Johnson County Fair! Please read the following information, including the rules and regulations, and fill out the application. You can email the application or send by regular mail, along with the booth fee. Upon receipt of your application, we will assign you a booth and then email or text you a confirmation. If upon receipt of your application, your booth request of booth space is not available, you will be contacted via phone and offered the option of a different size booth.

Booth Spaces available are:
Inside spaces
• 10×10 – $50
• 6×8 – $40
Outside spaces
• 10×20 -$100
• 10×10 – $50


Check-in for booths is Monday 8am to 8pm, Tuesday 8am to 8pm and Wednesday 8am to 4pm. ALL booths must be in place and ready by the start of the fair on Wednesday.
*Vehicles may not be left inside the gate after unloading on those dates.

Starting this year, outside commercial business food vendors MUST be in a truck or trailer. Electricity is available for inside and outside spaces. No extra fee is charged; however, there is a limit of 2 plug-ins per vendor and you must provide your own power cord and tape to safely conceal the cord from foot traffic. We would like for your table and/or booth area to be decorated and appealing to pedestrians. Each vendor will be provided with two (2) gate passes.
Please fill out the vendor application and return by August 16th, 2023. Thank you and we look forward to seeing you at the fair!

Please Note:
All applications will receive a response by phone or email of acceptance. It is the vendor’s responsibility to provide an accurate phone number and email address. Spaces cannot be guaranteed but be assured that we will make every effort to place you in the best spot possible. By submission of your application, you agree that the Johnson County Fair Association and Board Members are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any damage, theft, loss or other hazard that may occur to your booth or items in your booth. This includes booths set up overnight.
