Baked Foods

Enter only on Tuesday, Aug. 22 from 9-11 a.m.

Rules:

  • Entry must be on paper, plastic, or Styrofoam plates in a plastic Ziploc bag.
  • Use appropriate sized plate and bag for food item.
  • Entry must include a tag with the name of the baked food.
  • No mixes may be used except in cake mix division.
  • All cakes should be un-iced.
  • Bread – ½ loaf or mini-loaf, ¼ cake or pie.
  • For food safety purposes, all food will be disposed of by superintendent.
  • Ribbons will be awarded and must be picked up on check-out day.

Section 1: Bread

  1. Whole Wheat Bread
  2. White Bread
  3. Bread Made by Bread Machine
  4. Fruit, Vegetable, or Nut Bread
  5. Three Rolls: yeast, crescent, or cinnamon.
  6. Three Biscuits
  7. Three Muffins
  8. Gluten Free Item
  9. Sugar Free Item
  10. Scones
  11. Miscellaneous (not a duplicate of class above)

Section 2: Cakes, Cookies, and Pies

Classes:

  1. Three Rolled Cookies

  4. Three Bar Cookies
  5. Three Brownies
  6. Three Cupcakes
  7. Butter Cake
  8. Pound Cake
