
Rules:
- Exhibits are limited to non-profit organizations, non-commercial groups in Johnson County. Exhibit booths must be educational and will not be manned.
- Exhibit space will be half of an 8′ table (30″ x 48″) and will be provided. The exhibitor must furnish their own table cloth and display equipment. Electrical outlets are available upon request.
- Exhibit space may be reserved, Fair Vendor Information.
- All exhibit booths must be in place by 11 a.m. Tuesday of fair week.
- All exhibit booths must be removed from the building between 1:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. on Sunday of fair week.
- Ribbons will be awarded to exhibit booths for EH clubs, Master Gardeners, 4-H clubs, FFA, FCCLA and other youth organizations. Premium money will be awarded based on ribbons & sweepstakes winnings.
